In order to fully appreciate their flavour, apricots should be kept at a room temperature;
they pair well with white meat;
they perfectly combine with chocolate, “Amaretti”, yogurt and cheese;
their seeds, called apricot kernels, are used in pastry to prepare syrups and liqueurs.
Boil two chopped apricots in water and leave steeping for about 3 minutes;
drain and let cool;
crush the apricots, until you get a soft pulp. Then, add one spoonful of olive oil;
spread over your face and keep this pulp for for twenty minutes. Rinse off;
apply the lotion once or twice per week.
